Wild Rover Productions have been commissioned by Channel 4 to produce a new daytime quiz show pilot.
“Divide & Conquer” is a list-based quiz show, which sees teams compete for a chance of winning up to £10,000.
The quiz show was created by Wild Rover’s Paddy McKenna, and in a first for the company, was pitched digitally with a specially created iPad app.
Olly Nash is producing the pilot and Wild Rover’s Head of Development Sean Doyle and Managing Director Phil Morrow are Executive Producers.
Wild Rover MD Phil Morrow said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be working with Channel 4 on this exciting new quiz show. ‘Divide & Conquer’ is a unique format that has the potential to be a huge success in the UK as well as further afield.”
Wild Rover Productions have created popular shows such as ‘Secret Fortune’, ‘Get Smarter in a Week’, and ‘Just For Laughs’ for BBC One. They are currently co-producing the second series of “Dara O Briain: School of Hard Sums” for Dave with Fuji TV and are also piloting a new Saturday night quiz show for BBC One with STV.
