Prison Inmates Tread The Boards In ‘Sons of Ulster’
In June 2006 the prisoners of Hydebank Wood Young Offenders Centre performed Frank McGuinness’ ‘Observe the Sons of Ulster Marching Towards the Somme’ to a packed audience in a professionally erected theatre at the prison. ‘Sons of Ulster’ is a four-part series following this journey, to be broadcast on BBC One NI from 25th June-28th June. more |
