Bernard Rogan founded The Element in 1998, following a 10 year career as a high profile music editor in SVC Television in London. During his career Bernard has worked as a commercials director, online editor and producer in Windmill Lane. Today Bernard is responsible for the development of commercials and broadcast sector work.
