Anthony won the IFTA in 2003 for Best Short Film for his multi award winning short "Meeting Che Guevara & the Man from Maybury Hill" starring John Hurt. He followed that in 2005 with his debut feature film "Short Order". Anthony went on to work with Noel Pearson on his second feature film "How About You" in 2007, working with an ensemble cast that included, Imelda Staunton, Vanessa Redgrave, Hayley Atwell, Joss Ackland, Brenda Fricker and Orla Brady. He Directed "Single-Handed", a two hour TV Drama for RTE/Touchpaper in 2007 and again in 2008. He is due to start Prep on a Single Feature Drama for RTE/Touchpaper later this year and is developing a feature project set in London for 2009.
