Fintan Maguire joined TV3 as the network’s Commissioning and Creative Services Executive. Fintan worked previously at TV3 for 7 years in various roles including tape editor in the news department and programme promo director, directing the launch campaigns for The Weakest Link and The Dunphy Show. On leaving TV3 Fintan directed TV commercials and also directed on-air promos and cinema trailers for RTE. He won the Fast Track Pitching Competition at the Edinburgh TV Festival 2004.
