Irish Director Gary Shore joins Nobel Feature ‘The Great Game’
22 Nov 2016 : Katie McNeice
Gary Shore
The ‘Dracula Untold’ helmer will take the lead in bringing the epic story of the Nobel family to the screen in a feature length drama, with a script penned by Bryan McMullin.

‘The Great Game’ will focus on a young Emanuel Nobel as he reaches for adventure against the pressures of living as part of a family of genius inventors.

In tandem it paints a picture of his romantic struggles while also dealing with the political and social chaos of the Baku oil rush.

The project is set to be produced by Brian Oliver and Jason Seagraves of Cross Creek (Black Swan, The Ideas of March). The Nobel family are collaborating with the team throughout the project.

Shore’s previous work also includes the ‘Patrick’s Day’ segment of the 2016 anthology feature ‘Holidays and short film ‘The Draft’ (2006) in addition to feature ‘Dracula Untold.’

Further updates on ‘The Great Game’ will be published on IFTN as they become available.
