Independent Pictures made its first TV programme in 1993. Since then we’ve produced hundreds more, winning the odd award along the way. We like to work with the best talent available, both in front and behind the camera. Our core team manages an army of freelance staff to produce 30 - 40 hours of prime time television every year, mostly for RTE, BBC and TG4.

We work across a range of genres, specialising in factual and factual entertainment. We make single documentary films, once-off documentary series and a host of returning factual and factual entertainment programmes. Our credits include ICA Bootcamp, The Sheriff & Me; Ear To The Ground, Show Me The Money, Feud, I’m An Adult Get Me Out Of Here and Rip Off Republic.
