The final session of the marketing and distribution mentorship programme has been announced by Screen Training Ireland, in association with We Are the Tonic.
The programme has seen mentors guiding filmmakers through realising the distribution of their projects over the last four months, focusing on building audiences for Irish films.
The aim of Find Your Audience is to provide as realistic and practical an environment as possible for participants to learn and practise the key principles and processes of film distribution and apply to their own projects. The programme empowers participants with knowledge of the distribution options available to them, the latest developments in the landscape, and key contacts within the industry.
Key Speakers
Session speakers include Christina de Rienzo, Head of Marketing of Curzon Artificial Eye (Still Alice, Love & Friendship), British Artist and Filmmaker Jeanie Finlay (Orion, Teenland) and Jeanie Igoe who works in Development, Production and Acquisitions at A24 (Room, The Lobster, Ex Machina).
