The Department for the Economy has announced the appointments to the Board of Northern Ireland Screen effective from 1st July 2019.
Three reappointments and nine new appointments have been announced, with Chairwoman of NI Screen Dame Rotha Johnston CBE, reappointed for a further two years, having originally been appointed on 1st June 2013. Elaine Sperber, Vice-Chair of NI Screen has also been reappointed for two years, as has member Greg Maguire for four years (both originally appointed on 1st July 2015).
It has also been announced that nine new members will join the Board. Mark Huffam CBE, Fionnuala Deane, Patrick Barr and Brenda Romero have been appointed for a period of five years. Michael Fanning, Sheila Fleming, Richard Hanna, Róise Ní Bhaoill and Susan Picken have all been appointed for a period of three years.
Two existing Board members, Adeline Dinsmore and Michael Kuhn, will continue to serve on the Board until the end of their four-year term in December 2020. Northern Ireland Screen have included a bio for each of their board members here
