‘Spiorad Iorrais’ to air on TG4 on Sunday, March 8th

The GMarsh TV production ‘Spiorad Iorrais’ will air on TG4 on Sunday, March 8th at 9.30pm.

Produced and directed by Gillian Marsh of GMarsh TV, Spiorad Iorrais' was shot over the course of a year in Erris Co. Mayo. DV Director was Craig Speer with Jill Beardsworth editing and Egg Post Production taking care of the post.

‘Spiorad Iorrais’ is an insightful look at the social fabric of the Erris Gaeltacht in County Mayo. The documentary series tells the stories of the people who live and work in stunning natural beauty and follows some very different individuals to get a rare glimpse into what life is like in that part of the world.

The first half of the series will explore areas like Ceann Iorrais and Gaoth Sáile while the second half of the series will – among other things - look at the strong tradition of boxing in Gaoth Sáile.

The GMarsh TV production ‘Spiorad Iorrais’ will air on TG4 on Sunday, March 8th at 9.30pm.
