The Sky Road TV & Film Festival are now accepting submission for their 2015 edition, which will take place October 9th – 11th at the Station House Theatre in Clifden, Co Galway.
The festival’s aim is to give Irish filmmakers a better opportunity to screen their content at festival level. Organisers are asking to hear from filmmakers with documentaries or films near completion.
Their submissions for the Feature Film & Short Film categories open the 16th June 2015 and will close on the 28th of August 2015. Early bird entry fee is €10 plus booking fee.

Television (submissions open 22nd June)
- Best Feature Documentary
- Best Short Documentary
- Best Documentary Series
New Media (submissions open 26th June)
- One minute short: Shot and Edited on Mobile under one minute
- Three minute short: Shot and Edited on Mobile under three minutes
For those seeking a career in the industry, or with an interest in TV and film production, the festival will run practical workshops in Animation, Cinematography, Acting and Video Editing. They are also looking for volunteers with a strong curiosity in film and who have an eagerness to help out and learn from the experience.
