Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board have announced the details for the 2014 Real Deal Film Conference which takes place at the Galway Film Fleadh on Thursday July 10th 2014 from 10.30am-15.00pm.
The conference, moderated by Angus Finney, will take a detailed look at the significant changes experienced by the audio-visual industry, both locally and globally with key international speakers including John Nein (Sundance Film Festival), Alex Stolz (British Film Institute) and Eamonn Bowles (Magnolia Pictures).
The conference will also hear from local distributors, producers and practitioners such as Patrick O'Neill (Wildcard Distribution), Andrew Lowe/Audrey Shiels (Element Distribution), Dave Burke (Universal Pictures) Graham Spurling (movies@) and Mike Powell (E One) who will discuss Irish industry trends & challenges.
