‘Aisling’s Diary’ Series Two Shooting in Dublin

Aisling's Diary
Campbell Ryan Film Productions are currently filming series two of the IFTA nominated series ‘Aisling’s Diary’; a multi-platform teen drama that has been re-commissioned by RTÉ.

Produced by the makers of the hit Bebo series ‘Sofia’s Diary’, Triona Campbell and Trevor Curran, the second series will see Esther Di Maggieo reprise her role of Aisling, Chris Newman (Song for a Raggy Boy) return as Murphy, as well as Tim Gahan (Ali) and Louise Melinn (Siobhan). Newcomers to this series include Shane Finnegan (Ciarain), Patrick Dexter (Slater), Emma Egan (Fiona) and Andrea Scott (Cecelia).

Containing 30 x three minute episodes, this series, which is being directed by Rob and Ronan Burke, is scheduled to be broadcast on TTV in September and October and will also feature regular updates on its Bebo page.

‘Aisling’s Diary’ is created by ‘Sofia’s Diary’ creator Nuno Bernardo and written by Helen Bagnall. Line producer on the series is Mairtin de Barra.

Shooting at various locations around Dublin until Saturday with DOP Eleanor Bowman lensing, post-production will take place in-house at Campbell Ryan Productions with Joe Pegram overseeing the edit.
