‘The Light Between the Oceans’ starring Michael Fassbender set for November release

The feature drama from Dreamworks is based on the debut novel from Australian author M.L. Stedman will release to Irish screens on November 4th.

Director Derek Cianfrance (The Place Beyond the Pines, Blue Valentine) also wrote the screenplay adaptation. Jeffrey Clifford of Heyday films produced

Fassbender stars alongside Alicia Vikander (Ex Machina) and Rachel Weisz (The Lobster) as Tom Shelbourne, who returns home to Australia following WWI. Shelbourne and his wife endeavour to raise a child they find adrift in a rowboat, while living in a lighthouse on an almost isolated island.
