Specific look at film, animation and interactive media |
|
The Digital Research Institute is bringing together companies and individuals from across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK to take part in a research project that is looking at all that is digital. The research is looking specifically at film, animation, music, games and interactive media.
The project is being conducted in association with Honeycomb Network which is a European Union INTERREG IVA funded initiative. Honeycomb is working on a cross-border basis with the aim of developing skills amongst companies and freelancers operating in the digital sector in Northern Ireland and the six border counties of the Republic. The Honeycomb Network aims to help nurture a sustainable industry that can grow into the future.
The Digital Research Institute is conducting a survey amongst those who buy or create digital content in Ireland or the UK. The Digital Research Institute is inviting key decision makers within companies to give their opinion via an online survey.
In addition to helping grow a digital sector in Northern Ireland, one company that completes the research will be selected at random to receive a prize of quantitative consumer research worth over £3,700.
In addition to this companies, that wish, will also receive a summary report of the Digital Research Report when the project concludes.
More information can be found on the Digital Research Institute website which can be seen here.
