The Galway Film Centre will hold a series of ideas forums hosted by Anne McCabe (former commissioning editor of TG4 and director of Fair City, Glenroe and Ros na Rún) from the 18th of March 2004.
The forum is aimed at those who have gone through the commissioning process and will give participants an opportunity to develop, get feedback and analysis on their outlines.
Places are limited to four people per session.
Participants are asked to submit a two page outline of their idea (factual or drama) and a cast and crew list in advance (by Wednesday the 10th of March).
The Galway Film Centre is also seeking applications for its Sound Recording Courses in March.
There are two weekend courses planned from the 13-14 and 27-28 of March. The first concentrates on Sound Recording Theory and the second will focus on Sound Location Recording. More info is available from the Galway Film Centre.
