House of Waterford Crystal to host the 17th Waterford International Film Festival

Waterford International Film Festival
The House of Waterford Crystal will host the 17th Annual Waterford International Film Festival.

The festival takes place from Monday, 20th November to Sunday, 26th November 2023 with a series of online short film presentations. The in-person event will take place from Friday, 24th November to Sunday, 26th November 2023. The festival will be a celebration of filmmaking, screenwriting, and creative photography. 

House of Waterford Crystal will provide a backdrop to showcase the talent of filmmakers and artists from around the globe. It offers an opportunity for members of the community and festival-goers to be surrounded by the craftsmanship that Waterford Crystal is renowned for. House of Waterford Crystal will also provide crystal awards for the overall winners.

The Waterford International Film Festival comprises of three annual competitions: Short Film, Short Screenwriting and Creative Photography. These competitions offer a platform for emerging talents to showcase their work and gain recognition within the industry.

The festival is currently open for submissions worldwide. Filmmakers, photographers, and screenwriters from all corners of the globe are encouraged to submit their work and be part of this event.

In addition to the competitions, the festival will present a series of award-winning and debut films from around the world. Audiences can expect an array of narrative films and documentaries that span various genres and styles.
