The film will compete for the two prizes given by La Semaine de la Critique’s Jury headed this year by Colombian filmmaker Ciro Guerra: the Nespresso Grand Prize for Best Film and the Louis Roederer Foundation Rising Star Award for Best Actor or Actress.

Many producers whom I admire and respect have been selected for the Programme over the past years and thus it is an honour to be taking part this year at Cannes. I'd like to thank EFP and also Screen Ireland for their much-appreciated support. I very much look forward to the opportunities that being part of this exciting network will present for myself and our selected project Sarajevo Calling.”
