The Irish Television production company have made the appointment in the aim to integrate branding opportunities across their latest slate of original and acquired international TV formats.
Entering the role of Executive Producer for Brand Partnership, Doyle has nearly thirty year experience in the advertising industry and will aid Kite in pursuit of Ad Funded Programming opportunities.
Commenting on the partnership, Kite Entertainment’s Managing Director Darren Smith said:
“We’ve long wanted to find someone who can act as a matchmaker between our ideas and formats with brands and channels. Jason shares our hunger for getting the shows 'across the line' and has vast experience of working with brands so this feels like the start of a smart alliance for both of us”.
Speaking about the new endeavour, Doyle added:
“ As the lines between traditional advertising and programming get more and more blurred, I’m excited to see where we can bring value to Kite’s formats and ideas - working in tandem with broadcasters, brands and creators. I’m also secretly hoping I can get on the audition line up for the 'Ireland’s Got Talent Live’ and back stage passes for next year’s run of ‘Copper Face Jacks: The Musical’ ”.
Kite Entertainment has recently put out a call for auditions for season two of ‘Ireland’s Got Talent’, which will air at some point in 2019.
