'Rosie' To Start Production in Dublin

IFTN understands that Element Pictures’ ‘Rosie’ will start principal photography next week in Dublin.

The feature film is directed by Paddy Breathnach (Viva), from a script by Roddy Doyle (The Commitments).

Cathal Watters, who just wrapped John Butler's 'Papi Chulo' in Los Angeles, is DOP.

The film stars Sarah Greene (Noble) and Moe Dunford (Vikings) who have both recently featured in Lance Daly's ‘Black 47’.

The film is produced by Element Pictures, and has received both Development and Production funding through the Irish Film Board. More details to follow.
