Irish Speaking Farmers wanted for ‘Taithi Gan Teorainn’
29 May 2017 : Katie McNeice
The upcoming five-part series is being produced by Loosehorse Television for TG4 and is set to shoot in June.

Both current Green Cert students and recent graduates in the farming sector who have a good level of Irish are welcome to apply. Participants will be needed for approximately nine days in total.

One of the five episodes will focus on farmers, with the series sending two students or graduates from various professions around the world to try their job equivalents in different countries.

Participants will be filmed as they experience the cultural differences that come with living and working in a foreign land, as well as the associated challenges.

How to Apply
Applications can be sent by email to fiona @ loosehorse.ie, preferably through Irish in order to demonstrate their level of fluency.

Farmers interested in applying are asked to give their contact details, age and a little bit of information about themselves in the application.
