Nickelodeon International acquires ‘The Day Henry Met’ Seasons 3 & 4

The global company has purchased the international broadcast rights to the upcoming seasons of the series, in addition to renewing its existing rights to the first and second.

Last year these were brought across markets on six continents by Nickelodeon International including the UK, Scandinavia, Benelux, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Central & Eastern Europe, Russia, Israel, Australia and New Zealand, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.

‘The Day Henry Met’ is produced by Dublin-based Wiggleywoo Ltd and distributed by Monster Entertainment. The series won the Pulcinella Award for Best European Work at Cartoons on the Bay in 2015. In March 2017 the series also won Best Animation at the Irish Animation Awards.

The Day Henry Met has also been sold to RTÉ in Ireland, TV Ontario, Television Francaise Ontario and Knowledge Network in Canada, Canal Plus for all French speaking territories worldwide, ABC in Australia, Kids TV in Korea, YLE in Finland and SVT in Sweden
