20 Sep 2016 : Katie McNeice
The 22-part series is produced for TG4 by Meangadh Fíbín and will air each Tuesday and Thursday on Cúla4, and will also be available on TG4.tv.

‘Is Eolaí Mé’ is presented by Peadar Ó Goill and Úna Ní Fhlatharta and is a scientific educational segment based on the primary curriculum, and is aimed at 8-12 year olds.

The aim of the series is to encourage kids to get back to basics and learn how to investigate and explore the environment in which they live.

It sees young guests create experiments, participate in challenges and visit locations of scientific interest nationwide, for example Blackrock Observatory, W5 Belfast, Birr Castle and an archaeology dig in Trim.

‘Is Eolaí Mé’ is directed by Róisín Ní Thuairisg and Deirdre Ní Fhlatharta, and produced by Siobhán Ní Bhrádaigh, Darach Ó Tuairisg & Mícheál Ó Domhnaill.

The show is funded by TG4, with the support of BAI, Sound and Vision scheme and with the support of incentives for the Irish Film Industry provided by the Government of Ireland.
