SXSW Film is now accepting submissions for 2017

Early bird deadline is 25th August
SXSW festival, in Austin Texas US between 10-19th March 2017, is accepting submissions for innovative and entertaining narrative and documentary features, short films, music videos, and title sequences.

Irish titles that have screened to great acclaim at SXSW previously include Billy O’Brien’s ‘I Am Not A Serial Killer’, John Michael McDonagh’s ‘War on Everyone’, John Carney’s ‘Sing Street’, Mark Cousins’ doc ‘I Am Belfast’, Terry McMahon’s ‘Patrick’s Day’ and ‘Charlie Casanova’. Shorts and animated shorts programmed include ‘Geist’, ‘Ernestine & Kit’, ‘How Was Your Day’, and ‘Snowfall’.
