Revenue have issued a new Section 481 Application Form. The new form is operative as of 19th November 2015.

There are no substantive changes to the form. It is more user-friendly and there is an amended Appendix B on subsidiary companies which was previously required at Tab T.

Revenue will only accept applications submitted on the new Form available.
