The award-winning global format ‘Clann Feirm Factor’ will return for a fifth series on Sunday, January 11th at 8.30pm on TG4.
The show is produced for TG4 by Good Company, with Evan Chamberlain directing and producing. Also producing are Dermot O'Hanlon and Orla Eighan while the DOP is Ross O'Callaghan, with John Dunne and Paul Warde also on cameras. Sound is completed by Trevor Cunningham and John Lowry with Keith Alexander and Lime Street taking care of the Sound Post. Offline editor was Cóilín Ó Cearbhaill while the online editing and grading was completed by Eugene McCrystal and Michael Higgins of EMC Post Production.
Each year, the show puts Ireland’s top farmers under the ultimate farming test, to find the countries’ top farmer. This year, it’s a family affair, where family teams of four will compete against each other to take home a cash prize of €20,000.
The three adjudicators will be Seán Ó Lionaird, Peadar Ó Scanaill and Síle Nic Chonaonaigh while the show will be presented by Síle Ní Bhraonáin.
Series Producer Evan Chamberlain said: ‘It's a whole new take on the format. Each week we meet two new teams and it's competitive from the word go as it's a knockout.’
The series was filmed on location at Clonakilty Agricultural College in Co. Cork.
‘Clann Feirm Factor’ will air for seven weeks from Sunday, 11th January 2015 at 8.30pm on TG4 with repeats Fridays at 6pm.
