HOUSE is currently working on series four of ‘The Savage Eye’, which will hit our screens in early spring. Directed by Damien O’Donnell, ‘The Savage Eye’ is edited by Michael Harte and Bob Caldwell. ‘Totes Amazeballs’ for Coco TV aired on RTÉ over the Christmas period and featured 20 of the most amazing online moments of 2013. HOUSE is also working on a feature length documentary called ‘Field of Kings’, which charts David Keoghan and his six race horses over 3 years.
Since opening in 2012, HOUSE has been overseeing a number of projects including ‘Dermot’s Secret Garden’, a six part series inside Dermot O’Neill’s walled garden, ‘From Hell’s Kitchen to Hollywood’, which takes a look at the stories of Irish-American men and women who helped shape American cinema, ‘See you at the Pictures’; a nostalgic journey through Irish cinema, and also ‘Inside Irish Nationwide’; a damning report on the building society and it’s chief Michael Fingleton.
Editor Bob Caldwell is at the centre of HOUSE production. Caldwell previously worked in London for West One TV on high profile broadcast TV for BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and MTV, as well as corporate and music videos for Virgin Records. He travelled the world editing for Formula 1 Motor Racing, and picked up two Emmy Awards for his work with NBC on the Beijing Olympics coverage in 2008, and for his work on the London Olympics 2012. He won a BAFTA Award for ITV’s ‘The Quick Trick Show’ and was nominated for ‘The Fucker Fulfords’. Caldwell also won two IFTA’s for ‘The Pope’s Children’ and ‘Freefall’, and was nominated for an IFTA in 2007 for his work on ‘No Experience Required’.
Caldwell continues to work with NBC sports on the PGA tour and will be heading to Sochi in February for the winter Olympics.
