Watch the new trailer for ‘Inside Llewyn Davis’
CBS Films has released a new trailer for the Coen Brothers’ highly anticipated folk music film ‘Inside Llewyn Davis’. The release of the new trailer comes a day after the track listing for the film’s soundtrack was released, and this trailer focuses more on the hardships of the titular character, struggling folk musician Llewyn Davis. The story centres on Davis as he navigates the folk music scene in Greenwich Village in New York in 1961. The film also stars Carey Mulligan, Garrett Hedlund, John Goodman, and Justin Timberlake and will hit Irish screens early next year.

Dominic Cooper to star as Ian Fleming in new TV series
Sky Atlantic has released the first teaser trailer for ‘Fleming’ starring British actor Dominic Cooper (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, The Devil’s Double) as real life spy (and author) Ian Fleming, the man who created the James Bond novel series loosely inspired by his own life. ‘Fleming’ is set against the backdrop of war-torn London in the 1940s and explores the early life of the charming and charismatic 007 author, who became a World War II Naval Intelligence Officer. Fleming also took part in an outrageously dangerous counter intelligence mission against the Nazis, which inspired him to create the character of James Bond. The four-part co-production is directed by Mat Whitecross and written by John Brownlow (Sylvia) and Don MacPherson (Entrapment). The cast includes Lara Pulver (Sherlock), Annabelle Wallis (The Tudors), Lesley Manville (Another Year), and Anna Chancellor (The Hour). ‘Fleming: The Man Who Would Be Bond’ will premiere in winter 2014 on BBC America in the U.S. and on Sky Atlantic in the U.K.

Cillian Murphy makes his directorial debut with a music video
Irish actor Cillian Murphy, star of the Irish films ‘The Wind that Shakes the Barley’ and ‘Breakfast on Pluto’, recently made his directorial debut with the music video ‘Hold Me Forever’ for Manchester group Money. The actor reportedly took the job of directing the music video after becoming entranced by the track, sung by Jamie Lee, Charlie Cocksedge, Billy Byron and Scott Beaman. The video features dancers from the English National Ballet and was filmed at locations including The Old Vic Theatre in London. The 37-year old actor recently starred in the film ‘Broken’ alongside Tim Roth and Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight Rises’, and is currently filming Wally Pfister’s sci-fi drama ‘Transcendence’ alongside Johnny Depp, Morgan Freeman, Kate Mara, and Paul Bettany.
