Hollywood Acting Coach Margie Haber To Hold Dublin Workshop
11 Oct 2012 :
Hollywood acting coach Margie Haber
Hollywood acting coach Margie Haber, who has worked with the likes of Brad Pitt, Vince Vaughn, Halle Berry and Sophia Bush, is bringing her ‘Live the Life’ European tour to Dublin on October 14, and IFTN readers can get an exclusive discount.

Haber has been holding workshops in LA for over 35 years and is bringing her ‘Stop Acting, Live the Life’ motto to the Smock Alley Theatre to hold an intensive acting course for those looking to make it in the business.

Haber was working with Brad Pitt when he tested for his breakthrough role in ‘Thelma and Louise’, beating out Haber’s other client Michael Easton, who has since gone on to carve himself an impressive Hollywood career with roles in ‘Ally McBeal’, ‘One Life to Live’ and ‘General Hospital’.

‘One Tree Hill’ actress Sophia Bush counts Haber as a driving force in her own acting success, and Colin Egglesfield, star of romantic comedy ‘Something Borrowed’ with Kate Hudson and Ginnifer Goodwin, said no acting class can compare to Haber’s.

Haber, an actress in her own right, has appeared in many roles, including the docu/reality series ‘Hollywood Trials’ on RTÉ. She has also worked with multi award-winning Irish actor Emmett J Scanlan (Charlie Casanova) and ‘Boston Legal’ actress Heather Locklear, as well as Kelly Preston, Mariska Hargitay and many more.

Haber’s class begins at 11am on Sunday October 14 at Dublin’s Smock Alley Theatre in Temple Bar and runs until 3pm. The workshop is in association with The Gaiety School of Acting, and is highly recommended by the Hubbard Casting agency. It is open to anyone over the age of 14 and costs €100.

IFTN readers can get a €30 discount by quoting IFTN at this email address: info@margiehaber.com. For more information, visit www.margiehaber.com.
