RTÉ is seeking proposals for two commissions: Live Action programmes for RTÉjr and Christmas Shorts for RTÉ Young Peoples.
RTÉjr is looking to commission a series of fun, activity-based live action programmes which will appeal to 0-6 year olds.
The budget is up to a maximum of €56,000 per hour.
The submission deadline is October 26. The deadline for delivery of 10 x 6 minute episodes to RTÉ is Wednesday February 6 2013.
A budget of €40,000 is on offer for 15 Christmas shorts, intended to air Christmas time 2012. Producers are asked to submit ideas for a two-minute film suitable for the under six and under 14 age groups, with a theme of ‘What I love most about Christmas holidays is…’.
The submission deadline is Wednesday October 19, with the delivery deadline December 14.
