Irish media technology suppliers Eurotek and 3D animation and visual effect giants Autodesk are to host a free evening seminar next month to show off the latest enhancements and features of Autodesk’s 2013 releases.
Registration is now open for the June 12 event, which will be held in the The Sky Bar at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel on Gold Lane in Dublin from 6:30pm to 10pm.
The seminar will give users the chance to learn how the latest releases of Autodesk digital entertainment creation software can help them raise the creative bar and improve production efficiency over the coming year.
The software being introduced at the event will include Maya 2013, the latest version of the 3D computer graphics software commonly used in post-production by visual effects companies such as Windmill Lane VFX.
The 2013 version of 3DS Max, commonly used by TV commercial studios, and Softimage 2013 will also be introduced alongside MotionBuilder 2013 and Autodesk’s sculpting and painting tool, Mudbox 2013. There will also be a technology overview of Autodesk Smoke on the evening.
