Straywave Media is currently in production with a second series of ‘Celebrity Salon’ for TV3. Directed by David Coffey (Fade Street), the series will see Rosanna Davison, Calum Best, Georgia Salpa, Abi Titmuss, Alan Hughes and Aisleyne Horgan Wallace take part in the Beauty Slaon based reality competition.
Cameras are rolling on the second series of ‘Celebrity Salon’ where severall celebrity apprentices are being mentored and trained in new Beauty therapy skills as they compete to impress their mentor and a series of expert judges.
In a new twist, the second series of the show will see the chosen celebrities running their own salon and members of the public encouraged to apply to be pampered therein. The series’ director of photography is Vincent Gallagher (Young, Dumb and Living Off Mum) and the series will shoot until April 16th with a TX date of June 6th on TV3. ‘Celebrity Salon’ will be edited in Screenscene by Derek Holland (The Pool).
Straywave Media’s John Norton and Steve McCormack return to produce the second instalment of the show which last year saw the series’ grand prize and the title of ‘Best in Beauty’ claimed in 2010 by Celia Holman Lee. Furthermore, last year’s series of ‘Celebrity Salon’ received over a million viewers in its three week run on TV3 and 3e.
