Dublin’s Element Post production house has been kept busy recently working on commercials, several TV series for companies such as Coco Television for RTÉ and a special ‘Gift Grub’ DVD for Caboom. The team was also recently joined by former McConnells advertising head, Dave Murphy.
The Element have also recently finished work on advertising campaigns such as the Credit Union and Heritage ads for Adept Creative, a Kinetica 30 second ad for Boys and Girls and a One4all Christmas TV ad for The Gift Voucher Shop.
The group has also been working on the sixth series of ‘Crimecall’ by Coco television for RTÉ, which is being offlined and onlined by Element’s in-house editor Rory Coleman who also recently completed post work on ‘The Consumer Show’ and the fourth series of ‘Room to Improve’. Where DVDs are concerned the Element team has just completed work on the ‘Gift Grub-Grand Canal Theatre’ DVD in HD for Caboom.
The Element also recently saw Dave Murphy join the group as Producer for Broadcast and Digital. He previously worked in Mcconnells Advertising, where he was head of their in house production company Pan International for 25 years. In that time he worked on hundreds of commercials, including campaigns for the Lottery, Diagio, IDL, Eircom, O2 and Unilever amongst others.
The Element specialises in Digital video production for interactive web campaigns and Bernard Rogan, Managing Director of the group is optimistic about their future prospects: “It is now apparent that confidence is growing within the digital advertising market and creatives are developing more adventurous campaigns requiring higher standards of live action production combined with high end graphics and animation - which is the area The Element specialises in.” The group has produced, filmed and posted a number of Digital campaigns for some of the leading advertising agencies in Ireland, working with brands including Bulmers Berry, Pear & Light, Permanent TSB, Jameson, & Microsoft.
