IFTA and Emmy winning costume designer Joan Bergin (The Tudors) featured on Nationwide, Friday 1st May at 7.00pm.
On ‘Nationwide’ Friday 1st May focused on style icons, with reporter Rowan Hand meeting Joan Bergin in her costume warehouse in Dublin where she keeps a vast collection of the costumes that she has woven throughout her film career.
Joan’s credits include titles such as ‘The Prestige’, ‘Agnes Browne’, ‘Dancing at Lughnasa’, ‘In the Name of the Father’ and ‘Reign of Fire’ as well as TV series ‘The Tudors’.
The programme also visited the Hollywood style icon museum at Newbridge Silverware where over 40,000 people visited the recent Michael Jackson exhibition.
