Irish Short ‘A Film From My Parish: 6 Farms’ directed and written by Tony Donoghue and produced by MayFly Films has been selected to screen at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival (15 – 25 January).
The short is an animated photographic study of a parish in Co. Tipperary and stars Mary Quirke and Michael Parkinson. It will join the Northern Irish shot feature ‘Five Minutes of Heaven’ starring Liam Neeson (Taken) and James Nesbitt (Murphy’s Law) at the Sundance Film Festival taking place in Utah, January 15th - 25th.
The film was produced by Janet Grainger for Mayfly Films which was produced as part of the Frameworks short animation film scheme co-financed by the IFB, RTÉ and the Arts Council.
