Gráinne Seoige has been announced as the presenter of new RTÉ television programme 'The All Ireland Talent Show' to be produced by Tyrone Productions.
The show will be broadcast on RTÉ every Sunday night from 4th January 2009 and will offer a prize of €50,000 for the winner.
With series producer Noleen Golding, the show is now inviting hopefuls to audition at various locations around the country over the next month.
Five judges representing five different regions around the country - Dublin (City & County), West (Connaught), North (Ulster), East (Leinster except for Dublin) and South (Munster) will be on hand to select and mentor the best acts in their region.
The final five from each region will go forward to the live finals stage early next year.
Auditions begin on November 15 in Dublin, and continue in Galway on November 22, Derry on November 29, Kilkenny on December 6 and Cork on December 13.
