The 16th Cherbourg-Octeville Festival of Irish and British Film has awarded Syd Macartney’s ‘A Love Divided’ as ‘Best Film’.

Liam Cunningham won the ‘Best Actor’ award for ‘A Love Divided’ and Susan Lynch won ‘Best Actress’ for Pat Murphy’s ‘Nora’.

The next Cherbourg-Octeville Festival will take place from 9 – 16 October 2001.
