Róisín Loughrey’s award winning short film ‘Fall Into Half-Angel’, a documentary exploring the trust between two trapeze artists, has been selected for an exhibition at the prestigious Museum of Modern Art, New York.
The annual showcase of recent short films is called ‘Outstanding Short Films from International Festivals’. Taking place in June 2005 the showcase includes documentary, narrative and animated films that have been shown at international festivals. The event is cosponsored by the New York Film and Video Council and the program on June 22 will be introduced by Howard Weinberg, President of the Council. ‘Fall Into Half-Angel’ is the only Irish film to be selected.
