Clones Film Festival To Host Outdoor Screening of ‘The Graduate’

Katharine Ross and Dustin Hoffman in 'The Graduate' Tweet The organisers of the Clones Film Festival are to host a free outdoor screening of the ‘The Graduate’ outside Clones Library in Co Monaghan this Saturday night (June 16) at 10pm. The 1967 classic from director Mike Nichols stars Dustin Hoffman as a recently graduated college student who begins an affair with the wife of his father's business partner. Anne Bancroft and Katharine Ross also star. This free event will also include a barbeque with full details available through www.clonesfilmfestival.com The 2012 Clones Film Festival will take place over October 25-28. The festival’s core objective is to screen non commercial films to a local audience that would normally find such films inaccessible. The festival is organised by an eight member voluntary committee.
