Kevin de la Isla O’Neill, of Hit Producer Films, has won eight awards of excellence from The IndieFEST Film Awards. The awards were given for Kevin de la Isla O'Neill's feature film, ‘The Hit Producer’, which is currently on the festival circuit seeking a distributor to bring it to an international audience.
‘The Hit Producer’ won awards for Feature Film, Directing, Cinematography, Script/Writer, Editing, Best Actress (Michelle Doherty), Best Actor (Neill Fleming) and Title/Credit Design.
The cast of ‘The Hit Producer’ includes Michelle Doherty, Neill Fleming, Fergus Kealy, Rory Mullen, Aenne Barr, Karl Shiels Andy Kellegher, Susan Barrett and Blake Norton. The film was shot entirely in Ireland with Mutiny Recording Studios and Screenscene making invaluable contributions during Post-production.
Director, producer and editor Kevin de la Isla O’Neill stated, “After such hard and enduring work by all of us involved, it’s fantastic to get this prestigious recognition. Actress Michelle Doherty said, “I’m absolutely thrilled to receive this award, it was totally unexpected as this was my first lead role so very much appreciated.”
The IndieFEST is an international competition that recognizes film professionals who demonstrate exceptional achievement in craft and creativity, and those who produce standout entertainment or contribute to profound social change.
