IFTA Sneak Peak of 'Love/Hate' Series 2
20 Oct 2011 :
Love/Hate
The Irish Film & Television Academy (IFTA) are to host a preview screening of the much anticipated new series of ‘Love/Hate’ with Aidan Gillen, Stuart Carolan, David Caffrey and Suzanne McAuley in attendance.

IFTA are giving members a sneak peak at the award-winning series at the Dublin’s Odeon Bar on Tuesday 25th October at 6.30pm. The first episode of the second series will be shown, followed by a Q&A with some of the production team behind the gritty drama.

Award-winning writer and ‘Love/Hate’ executive producer Stuart Carolan (Little White Lie), director David Caffrey (RAW, Divorcing Jack), producer Suzanne McAuley (Father & Son, RAW) and actor Aidan Gillen (The Wire, Game of Thrones) will all attend.

Produced by Octagon Films, the first series of ‘Love/Hate’ received a whopping nine IFTA nominations and drew an average audience for its Sunday night RTÉ broadcasts of 453,000. The second series filmed in and around Dublin City earlier this year.

This event is free and exclusive to Members of the Irish Film & Television Academy. Log on to the IFTA Faecbook page here to be in with a chance of winning tickets to the event.
