The Lake Hotel Killarney, Film Location.

Magnificent setting, The Lake Hotel Killarney has a truly unique backdrop. Nestling on the lakeshore of Lough Lein, Killarney’s Lower Lake, The Lake Hotel’s scenery includes mountains, islands, woodlands and the 12th century McCarthy Mor castle ruins.

The Lake Hotel was built in 1820. With its amazing setting and traditional elegant interior, The Lake Hotel Killarney is an incredible film location. The hotel is closed during the winter months and would allow your production team to have exclusive use of the hotel building and grounds.

The town of Killarney is known for its beauty and welcoming atmosphere. It is located on the Ring of Kerry which is a world famous touring route celebrated for its scenery. Both Killarney and The Lake Hotel Killarney are great locations for various types of productions.
