It's Christmas Eve in Belfast and unemployed Bob has a dilemma. Should he pay his TV rental or spend the money on a present for his daughter? Deciding on the latter, he little expected to end up on a window ledge of a department store, several storeys up with the disgruntled store manager and an unhappy Santa.
