IFTA/BAFTA Co-host panel to look at Co-Productions and Maximising tax incentives

With Ireland this month enhancing and broadening the tax incentives for film and TV drama - offering up to 32% tax credit programme for film and television productions made in Ireland - IFTA and BAFTA in association with Sargent-Disc will present a panel discussion looking at the co-production landscape and the opportunities this may provide for UK production companies.

The event, which will take place at BAFTA Headquarters in London on Thursday 22nd January, will look at co-production and maximising tax incentives using Ireland's S481 as a case study. The panel of producers, co-producers and accountancy experts will discuss their own first-hand experience of financing and producing across film and television drama while giving an insight into how the financing model works and how British producers can benefit from this new tax incentive.

The panel will be hosted by Isabel Davis who is the Head of International at the British Film Institute (BFI).
