Job Overview:
The HR Administrator will play a critical role in aligning staff with company objectives, ensuring efficient recruitment processes. The role will involve managing HR processes, overseeing onboarding, and contributing to the strategic direction of HR initiatives. This position is crucial for maintaining staff relations and promoting wellness and health within the organisation.
This is a part-time role, based on site in An Rinn, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Administer the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
- Staff Training & Development: Organise employee development and career progression, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- HR Processes: Implement and maintain HR processes, policies, and compliance standards.
- CRM Software: Oversee the use of HR/CRM software to ensure accurate tracking of employee data, performance metrics, and compliance records.
- Wellness Initiatives: Assist senior management in designing and managing staff wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Policy Updates: Regularly review and update company policies to ensure alignment with current regulations and best practices.
- Onboarding: Oversee and continuously improve the employee onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Any Other HR-Related Duties: Assist with any additional HR responsibilities as required to support the smooth running of the HR function.

Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM
- Knowledge of employment law or qualifications in employment law is highly desirable.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in and excellent written English
- Knowledge of the Irish language would be an advantage.
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised in managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the company.
