Production Assistant

Job Description
- To provide technical, administrative and production assistance for VFX projects and business carried out daily. Liaise directly with the supervisors and producers of each project, while delivering tasks as requested.
- Assist in receiving and organizing turnover material from client to process into SSVFX pipeline. Organize and distribute information collected from On-Set shoot or client.
- Maintain sequence edits and insert visual effects shots into the project timelines maintained for editorial QC and review purposes.
- Coordinate and package shot deliveries including submission documentation.
- Organize and set up media for client review sessions, internal or external.
- Take notes during production meetings, dailies or rounds as necessary. Quickly supply a report or distribute notes.
- Compile and organize artists' time logs and work with Producer/Co-Ordinator, to ensure weekly logs are accurate.
Requirements / Skills
- The ability to work within a VFX pipeline using Shotgun software
- Excellent communication skills
- Good personal skills
