Production Co-Ordinator
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team and take care of all aspects of early production working closely with and supporting our Head of Production.
Production Coordinator’s responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating travel & accommodation in early stages of prep
- Work permit / Visa applications
- Help sourcing crew
- Support with S481 skills training
- Managing prep costs
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience in a production office, or similar
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Prior experience in the film industry, is preferable but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible work hours
- Experience with administrative tasks
