Production Coordinator – Fixed Term
We are looking for a Visual Effects Coordinator to join our team in Dublin. You will work closely with our VFX Production Managers and Producers to schedule and track shots and assets, take notes, distribute information to team members, assign tasks and update schedules.
Requirements
- Oversee the coordination of dallies, rounds and project meetings
- Ensure accurate notes are taken and production priorities are distributed and executed
- Establish and track weekly targets for each artist
- Update and maintain Shotgun (production tracking system) with schedule and status revisions
- Coordinate and package shot deliveries including submission documentation
- Provide overall production support to the production management team
Skills
- Experience in the VFX, animation or film production industry
- Understanding of VFX and post-production techniques, terminology and pipeline
- Experience with tracking programs and databases (e.g. f-track, Shotgun)
- Experience with file transfer technologies (e.g. Aspera, FTP and Signiant)
- Organised, pro-active and a self-starter
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Clear communicator of succinct and accurate information
- Ability to adapt and show initiative
