Visual Effects Producer
Overview
Screen Scene Visual Effects are seeking an experienced Visual Effects Producer to join our team in Dublin. Reporting to the Executive Visual Effects Producer your responsibilities will include working with the Visual Effects Supervisor to bid projects, client management, budgeting, scheduling and taking ownership of projects to bring them to completion on time and in budget.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with VFX Supervisors and Executive Visual Effects Producer to breakdown and bid projects
- Develop and manage overall project schedules
- Track project budget and schedule
- Manage and track project shots and assets through to client delivery
- Work closely with Leads and Supervisors on project changes, creative direction and scheduling
- Ensure the progression of work to the client’s satisfaction
- Handle client-facing correspondence and continually develop relationships with clients
- Manage client expectations and interpret and clarify client notes.
- Coordinate and communicate project priorities and team schedules with other in-house members of production
- Complete additional duties as required
Required Experience
- Proven production experience as a VFX Producer on episodic or feature film projects
- Extensive knowledge of VFX and post production techniques, terminology and pipeline
- Experience in VFX breakdowns and budgeting
- Experience with VFX tracking programs (f-track, Shotgun)
- Experience with file transfer technologies such as Aspera, FTP and Signiant
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
