Parallel Films are looking for a Development/Production Assistant to join their production team.

Key Skills: 

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable administrative experience.
• Knowledge of excel and basic office admin.
• Ability to initiate and complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Past experience in booking-keeping/ accounts-support an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• General office management (managing post, office supplies, open bank accounts, raise sales invoices etc)
• Responding to calls and emails (first point of contact for the production company)
• Enter main bank statements into SAGE One along with both purchase and sales invoices.
• Manage office’s petty cash.
• Monitor and keep track of production recharges database
• Provide administrative support as the in-house assistant on projects at all stages of development/production
• Generate dial ins, invites and enter into diaries if necessary
• Filing of all Production Company and production documents, invoices, bank statements etc.
• Completing film festival submissions and deliverables
• Ad hoc booking coordination for key talent and crew
• Assist with the completion of development and production funding applications (Screen Ireland, BAI, S481 etc.)
